Meet Melanie the rabbit! She is the first toy animal I have ever made. She is of my own design. Melanie is entirely made out of yarn pom poms, except for her ears which are made of fleece material. Her little pink nose and her eyes are beads that were sewn onto her face. Her whiskers are strands of black thread. I got Melanie's name from a funny story my Mom would tell me about a toy rabbit of my sister's.

Melanie is a baby rabbit who loves to hop, eat carrots, and be held in the palm of your hand.

The Carrot was purchased.
