This is Molly she is made from polyester knit fabric and her eyes are painted with acrylic paint her hair is a synthetic wig and I have soft sculptured her face she measures 16 inches tall. I have made her clothes from a pattern which is also from the pattern designer for the doll her name is Julia, this is my second doll which I have made from this pattern.

I have been inspired by other doll makers and there creations I have learned so many techniques from different doll makers and have been pleased what I have achieved in the last few months I really enjoy making the doll from this pattern and I am currently making my great niece a doll for her to take to hospital as some comfort for her to cuddle.

I crochet a lot of dolls and teddy bears for gifts but saw a doll made from cloth which I thought looked so real and had never saw anything like it before that is what has inspired me a lot to try a different project.
